The agency has 24 hours to confirm your booking. During this time your funds are held securely.
If the agency does not confirm within 24 hours, your payment is automatically refunded in full. No action required from you.
Ketmon operates as a marketplace operator under Uzbekistan E-Commerce Law. Tour payments are held and released only upon agency confirmation.
